More than satisfied with the services provided by Tia with the listing & selling of my property. Her experience and industry knowledge provided a smooth and quick list-to-sell process. Anything from photos, drone images, professional listing, showings, offer communications, purchase agreements, and closing arraignments were top notch, including both residential and commercial style properties. When the time comes, we'll be contacting this agent again for our next sale and/or purchase!

I would recommend Tia to anyone looking to buy a home. As a first time homebuyer, I knew nothing of the process. Tia was quick to answer any and all questions. She stepped right up when there was a snag with the mortgage provider as well!

Tia was amazing to work with. She responded quickly and got help with all of our questions, even the ones she didn't know off hand. She kept our loan officer on track by pushing her to get it done in time. We would recomend Tia over anyone we worked with during this entire process!

Where do we even begin, Tia was a fantastic agent! We just recently moved back to the area after being away for almost 10 years, and were looking at purchasing our first home. She did such a great job at guiding us through the entire process, she was always on time, available whenever we were, and her communication skills were exceptional. We heard such terrible stories from friends and family about the home buying process, but that wasn't the case for us and that had a lot to do with Tia! Can't thank her enough!

Tia was extremely helpful from start to finish. I couldn't have done it without her experience. I looked at many houses in different areas and was being very picky. She was able to take her time and work with me and narrow down what I wanted in a house.
