The care and the doctors were wonderful, but don’t be fooled into thinking that the billing is going to be any better. They’re just as billing obsessed as anywhere else with the added frustration of trying to market schedule follow-up and intake appointments that they will then also bill you for. I didn’t realize that the intake interview was actually an appointment until I received a bill, and also didn’t know it was within my right to refuse it. I can’t say enough good things about Tia! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive. They take the time to listen, answer all questions thoroughly, and make you feel completely at ease, no matter the reason for your visit!

Avoid this service unless you’re ready to battle over billing. Tia represented themselves as in-network but miscategorized every appointment I had, resulting in thousands in unexpected charges. Despite providing clear documentation and repeatedly following up, I’ve received no acceptable resolution — just resumed billing without my informing me and radio silence.
