I love TIA. It’s super easy to book and appointment virtually or in person. When you go to the clinic they are also very strict with times so you’re not waiting for more than a few minutes before being seen. I’ve been in and out in 20 minutes. When you need something, they get you moving quick with all the referrals you need.

This is a scam! They don't really take insurance! This people are taking advantage of women who are desperate to finally get decent health services. Before I made an appointment, I contacted the TIA team to make sure my insurance was in-network. They responded with a very clear, not ambiguous "Great news! We’re in-network with your current insurance plan" They even included my insurance ID number in the email. Very efficient when it comes to appointments, imaging, and labs. However, since making them my pcp I feel like I have had to beg for any medication refill. I only take three medications. I ask for a refill there is a problem. They have done this with my birth control three times since January. Appointments are very quick, like next day quick. A meeting with the doctor is also instantaneous depending on your schedule. I haven’t been to the doctors in 3 yrs, so I got a whole check up, Pap test and blood work done on the same day. I have some skin issues, so they recommended a few dermatologist’s that’s covered in my insurance. Scheduled a virtual follow up within hours of my lab results being posted. Tia is an excellent concept. They have nice facilities and doctors. Unfortunately they do not execute on the level of care they promote. It’s tough to get someone on the phone, you don’t get timely follow ups, basically all the back-end administrative support is lacking and has you chasing your tail to do follow-ups. They lean heavily on tech and self-service. They have also been closing some of their offices. This is a place with high potential if they can figure out how to execute on their vision.
