Doctor is nice and knowledgeable, but the office wait is disrespectfully slow. Staff are loud, and also laughing and talking the entire time I was there. I waited an hour and a half before I was serviced.
No compassion at all. Act as though I didn’t know my own body. I felt very brushed off as I was advocating for myself.
One of the worst OBGYN appointments I’ve had so far was with Dr Melton. I’m shocked she has any good reviews. Her and her medical assistant Tinisha gave me attitude and the worst bedside manner the entire appointment. I originally came for an IUD insertion, well she tells me I can’t have that because I need a cervical biopsy procedure done first and we should do that today instead.
