The food was absolutely delicious! My family has been coming here for years, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. This visit was made even more special by our server, Paris. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and provided some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. We genuinely look forward to having her as our server on every future visit. We've been going to Tia Juanita's for years. Really love the place. We've been to Jasper, Lufkin, Winnie , Athens, Crystal Beach and Henderson. Had the worst experience ever in Henderson yesterday. Service was terrible. Called the manager over to complain and my friend told her respectfully about the poor service. He didn't disrespect her at all. She got upset and said he couldn't speak to her in that way. His wife said "what happened to, the customer is always right". She said , "this isn't 1972".
