Great experience, Eddie is a great tech.explained and showed me the issue I had with our ac. Repaired it a small cracked leaky line, a month later the line cracked again so Eddie came back explained that it was the same situation due to likely a bad line and replaced it quick no additional costs and we're cool in our house again.
General HVAC LLC's tech seemed knowledgeable but didn't leave us super confident about future HVAC upkeep.
General HVAC LLC's repair on our air handler didn't last; broke down again not long after their visit.
