The worst company .ROACHES AND MICE Their communication, is trash and they denied my disabled son housing ! Which is against the law !!!! So they will be added to my on going lawsuit !!! Absolutely a horrible experience here. 2 years and we can't wait to move out. We've asked management repeatedly for help with our upstairs neighbors and we were shut down. Our family lives with the sounds of a 4 yr old running, jumping and screaming until all hours. Add the smell of Marijuana to it. We are simply miserable. Great maintenance crew, though.
My name is Veronica I lived at the Westlake villas in San Antonio texas. We lived there for 2 years unfortunately due to covid. The amount of horrible experiences we had during this time. Living in texas the weather gets really hot. During the summer our apartment got to the high 90s INSIDE!!! Then we had an infestation of flies & roaches. Unsafe living conditions, pest infestation that has forced me out of my apartment. Contacted management at the apartments who seem to not take my concerns seriously, it has been 2 days and maintenance has still not made entry to locate root cause. When it was addressed they mentioned possibly patching a whole but not getting to the root cause of eliminating the pest, I was told I have to wait a week. I give this property a 1 because I have to , I rented this apartment during COVID-19 2020 and I moved in on Sept 11,2020 didn't see the place (dummy) because of COVID , only a floor plan review. I asked for an upgraded apartment and the original apartment I applied and paid my money for was not going to be available due to some issues. We my Daughter and I have had nothing but problems with Westlake Villas Apartments. First their Maintenance takes two months to repair. Second we were told nothing can be stored in our outside balcony when I see other tenants with all kinds of junk in their balconies. Third we were given a Leade Violation by mistake. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone renting this place.
