We currently have a service contract with TK at a senior and disabled facility in California. When first acquiring them it was fantastic service, but the last couple years the service is absolutely terrible. Last year we paid for new backup batteries and were told they were installed(which was very expensive). This year the state inspector said the batteries were extremely old and not even hooked up!
