I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Melnick while reading an article he wrote on the "Hypothyroid Mom" site. I've been looking for a doctor knowledgable in the correct way to take/dose natural dessicated thyroid medication. Not only is he an expert on the topic, he's also kind, open-minded and truly listens. He listens to your symptoms as opposed to relying solely on lab results, as so many doctors do. His staff does blood work and thyroid sonograms in the office, if needed; also a plus.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Melnick. Dr Melnick accurately diagnosed me with hypothryroidism in June 2017. Dr Melnick prescribed nature throid and since I have been taken this tablet once a day I no longer have depression. My energy levels have improved immensly. I am able to do jobs that I could not do before such as power hosing, painting, mowing lawn etc.. Before I would be fatigued with muscle pain.
