After having a January appointment abruptly canceled in January 2025 due to Shellie, NP leaving suddenly, the office informed me that someone would be calling me for a follow-up appointment. Five months passed and I heard nothing from the office. I call and we’re initially told that they weren’t booking anyone. So your office is simply abandoning their patients? Shellie Haffer is a kind and compassionate person. She is a dedicated and professional endocrinologist. My wife and I had been going to her for our evaluations and prescriptions for our thyroid balance needs. She was thoughtful and readily had answers for our questions and she gave us the time we needed in order to make us comfortable and having all of our concerns answered satisfactorily. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs her expertise, knowledge and experience with endocrinology.
