Called and left many messages...they NEVER called back. I even called one time and someone picked up the phone then hung up. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If you don't want to take care of people then shut down.
I can’t rate the service but I have called about 8 times over the last 3 days and they never answer the phone. Left a message and never got a call back either.
