Thank you, Emily, for all your patience and assistance whilst selecting the tiles for my home. There are a lot of different tile selections at Thynk Group, and they have advanced systems in place where they can easily send photos of the different tiles you wish to use that were previously provided in other jobs. It made it easier to visualise.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY FOR TILING!!! They laid tiles in our new house build in Goulburn . They took 3 months to complete the tiling, laid wrong tiles, laid tiles incorrectly and didn’t tile to Australian Standards. Ended up in a screaming match on site with the State Manager who is an arrogant tosser. If your builder uses Thynk tiling, demand they use another tiler, or get another builder!

We had an appointment with a consultant that was new to sales. Unfortunately due to this, she made an error in the pattern layout of our tiled splashback in our kitchen and laundry, by telling us the wrong name for it. As the client, we signed off on what this layout was called. Our mistake for not checking the checker. Once layed, Thynk took no responsibility for their inexperienced staff and we had to wear it. Very disappointing. So if you do use them, make sure you check what they are telling you is correct.
