Can't say enough good things about working with Thyme Bandit. CT and Erica were amazingly communicative from start to finish. We wanted something memorable for a bachelor party and gave CT the reigns to create an amazing menu that everyone immediately fell in love with from the first appetizer to the last strip of chocolate covered bacon. Not only was the food outstanding, CT left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. 100% A+ 5 star service.
Chef CT was amazing, friendly and professional. He prepared an amazing birthday breakfast for us on my fiancé's birthday - his nutella crème brule french toast was to die for (we still reminisce about it daily). He was very flexible, knew exactly what we needed and it was an easy in and out process, no complications. He even CLEANED up before he left! Thank you so much - will definitely use him again!
We couldn't have been happier! We booked CT for a 70th birthday party. We wanted a seriously delicious and beautiful meal, but we also wanted to include the young grandkids, so a fancy restaurant wasn't appealing. We got EXACTLY what we were looking for! The grownups enjoyed a top-notch four course meal, Grandma felt relaxed and pampered and the kids were able to enjoy themselves. Big thanks to CT... We'll certainly be in touch again!
