Brought my wife for a non emergency condition as a walk in took 6 hours to be seen, last time we came with an appointment it also took couple hours.
Great service, very friendly and thorough. We were a walk-in on a Friday (mid morning) and the wait time was a little over an hour, which I believe was pretty fast.
This is the worst clinic you can go to, they are so unprofessional from their staff to doctors. Alexia is the worst representative for Hispanic translation, very rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I don’t understand how she can tell a patient that they are dying over a phone call, when she’s unaware of her health issues. Dr. Vu is always dismissive of my mothers diabetes, always has us waiting for hours to be seen and for that her results are always bad from lab work.
