The front desk office young lady there was so nice and helpful ; She made somebody’s life like me become easier by explaining clearly every questions I had and so on… At the deepest bottom of my heart; I feel thankful very much for the help that I received from her during the years. I was going through a hard time in my life, I did not have any money but I needed a doctor to look me over. Dr. Hoang was willing to see me and work with me regarding payment. Both she and her assistant out front were friendly and professional, actually much better than my later experiences with Kaiser and AARP United Healthcare. I'd recommend her to anybody.
Doctor Thuy T Hoang is rude, and unprofessional, System process patient care is inefficient. Not accepting Medicaid patient and rejected provide advice.
I visited her office many times , She did not giving me any medication at all. I want to read my blood test results. She want me to enter her office and sign in ,so she can claim for insurance money. If she mail it to me, She couldn't claim for insurance monies. That is bad. I was sick ,I expected to receive prescription drug from her.. Do not visit this doctor any more. She only need monies.
