They waited to check my insurance after the appointment and then I had to pay out of pocket. Because they could not figure it out, they have no idea what they are doing and are a rip off. I did not even receive a legible prescription, so now I have to go somewhere else to start over.
I have always had a good experience with Dr. Ho as my eye doctor. She is very good at getting my contacts just right so I can see comfortably. And Frank helped me pick nice looking frames for my new glasses and helped me get the best price possible.
