Unfortunately, we didn't have such a great experience with Thussa. She was indeed patient during the initial search of a property, but when our offer to buy was accepted, she failed to fight for us. After the inspection identified several "minor" issues, she said these things don't matter much as a difference of ~$1000 for repairs wouldn't make a big difference to our monthly mortgage cost.
