Last year I had a colonoscopy at the hospital. I needed clearance from my neurologist and it was received. When I arrived they said I was not on the schedule. They did get me in and stated this happened frequently. It's a year later and Dr moved up a November appointment to Wednesday August 21. The appointment was made in April and they called this am an hour before a 2 day prep because they didn't get a clearance letter from my neurologist. Letting me know now is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not have the colonoscopy.
Had a procedure done today. Everyone was so nice.. Dr had an emergency at the hospital but I did not mind the wait. She is saving lives. My procedure went very well. No complaints at all.
i had the worse experience with this doctors accounting team. my procedure was on 5/12/2023 and i am still dealing with over billing. 1/18/2024
Had 9oclock appt.its 11oclock and still not taken care of.they definitely over booked today
