Dr.Thurston is an older kinda guy, very soft and short spoken. If you want a doctor who will listen he’s a 100% the best choice. You have to be on top of everything or else you’ll have a bad experience. Sometimes his hours are kinda iffy and you cannot leave any messages for him on Saturdays even if you are dying from withdrawals. I don’t hate him but I can say I’ve had a lot of issues trying to just re-up medications. my son had recent episodes and tried calling to make appointment and no one called him back! I finally called angry and left a message and a woman called me back soon after I threatened a law suite! This person sounded so uncaring. I gave her my son's number to call him and she told him he owed them $60.00 unless paid no appointment. What the hell? I'm going in that office TODAY!
