Great services and friendly staff.
Must go to place for ALL your passport needs. After going to the Us post office three times I came here and was done in five minutes. Thank you very much for the speedy service! Caribbean here I come!
Wheelchair access inside the building is absolutely terrible. Entry has lovely automatic doors; but once your number is called, it is near-impossible to enter the next door, and the clerk will simply just sit there and watch you struggle, both entering and exiting.
Not very good service... Not because of the people but their process isn't helpful to people needing assistance and questions answered. If you don't know what you're doing and need guidance figure it out before you come in. BTW you'll need an appointment.
