Had two recalls done on a 2021 Chevy Camaro and and said it was just a software update. They didn't tell me they were going to drive it for 19 miles. Drove my car for 20 something minutes. Hopefully didn't hot rot it

Went to get a Starbucks gift card I won. Walked out and my credit was pulled 13 times from different banks through thurston, I called to get it situated because im still receiving mail almost a month later about loan qualification. Rich the manager was so rude and told me when thurston pulls credit it goes down by 1 point only, and if there's "other things wrong with my credit" that its "my issue its going down" and to check with "experian to see".
