I called a few places for water heater replacement, read testimonials, requested a quote on some websites. I received response from Thurow Plumbing in a few hours Sunday morning (!) with detailed explanation of water heater options. Brad was very patient and professional answering my questions. Mark just left my house after installing a water connection for my new refrigerator. (I never had one before.) He did a great job. He was here for a shorter period of time than I expected; he was very polite and conscientious. The price was right, too. I was also impressed with his brother Brad who returned my initial call quickly and got the job scheduled just as fast.
Great Company - Would Recommend HIGHLY!!! – The night before my daughter's graudation we had a major plumbing / septic leak. My first call was to try to find another venue for the party just 16 hours away. I called several plumbers and Thurow was the first to call me back and get out to our house. They were professional from top to bottom and would highly recommend them. The graduation was a success and we were able to put our house and septic situation behind us. Thank you Thurow!!
Thurow is the best Milwaukee Plumber The first time I used Thurow was plumbing for a kitchen remodeling and the general laundry room. In the second case they handled a bathroom remodel. I have also called them for minor work. Typically I select a plumbing contractor first on location, then price and other factors. He is definitely my plumber from now on.
