These are the most rudest front desk people I have ever encountered in my life!! This is only my 2nd time having to speak to them regarding my Special Needs son and both times it was a horrible experience. I have been spoken to like a dog on the street. I have been hung up on several times back to back. I have been place on "hold hell" a couple of times; meaning they don't come back. I’m very disappointed with the bedside manner we experienced. The way the provider spoke to my uncle was dismissive and disrespectful, as if he wasn’t worth their time. Instead of communicating with patience or compassion, they told him he needed to “bring someone who spoke manners,” which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. No patient — especially someone who may already feel vulnerable — deserves to be spoken to that way.
