I’m very disappointed with the bedside manner we experienced. The way the provider spoke to my uncle was dismissive and disrespectful, as if he wasn’t worth their time. Instead of communicating with patience or compassion, they told him he needed to “bring someone who spoke manners,” which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
