I have a currently working evaporative cooler with 1 bad bearing on the fan shaft near the pulley. Thurlow's solution was to replace the entire unit for $5000. The part is available for 10 bucks on Amazon 15 at Lowes. I would never recommend Thurlow's to anyone I liked.
