Our Father passed away over 18 months ago, he had this company represent him and left them as his legal reps. We called to notify them 3 times that our father had passed away and they never returned any of our calls. We asked them to contact Services Australia to let them know to stop his pension. To also look into any banking services he had to close since they were his "legal reps". The last call was with Mathew Fisher who said he had no idea our father had passed, no one told him.
