Horrendous service. The building is poorly maintained, exposed electrical wires, broken elevator, and mold on the washing machines are all regular occurrences. The admin staff are rude and unprofessional. They will not return your calls or emails, and you will have to take them to court to get your security deposit back. Wish I never lived here, worst rental experience of my life!
Shockingly bad! No one should live at 33 Gold Street.
Worst Company Ever – I have been waiting for my security deposit to be returned for 3 months now. They keep responding that they have not received my check and they will get it "this week or next." I am not hopeful that this will be returned anytime soon. They are crooks, and no one should rent their properties.
Horrible management – Have been a tenant at 33 Gold... I can tell you that what other 3 said are true. Don't believe it.... try it yourself! It's hard to believe to that they can survive in New York.
THEY WONT GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK – tHEY ARE HORRIBLE, I LEFT MY CONDO IN MINT CONDITION AND THEY CLAIMES THAT THE KITCHEN WAS DIRTY AND SUCH......DO NOT RENT FROM THOSES NAZIS
Unresponsive; Do not return security deposit – Have been a tenant for about a year at the 33 Gold St. location. The doormen are very nice, but the people at the actual real estate office are 99% unresponsive and make errors in their own favor (e.g. lost my check and then charged me a late fee - had to go to the office to dispute that late fee because they were not answering voicemails or e-mails). When I was moving out, they failed to abide by the terms of the lease agreement and did not return the security deposit.
Neglectful and dishonest – I wouldn't rent from them again. My roof leaked for five months and all they would do was paint it. As a result, the carpet was damaged. They withheld money from my deposit for the carpet damage they caused and other "normal wear and tear" items, such as regrouting and painting (I didn't paint the apartment or damage any tiles).
