New patient. I was hesitant to compose this but decided to, as I feel the staff would not be receptive to feedback. I will not be returning. Very awkward visit. 1) They don't answer their phones. I called numerous times and every time, had to leave a message. I was lost and needed directions, left a message and when I finally did arrive, the receptionist stated that she never received the message. RecommendedDr. Thurber has created a unique atmosphere that truly has a spa feel to it. He and his staff are extremely compassionate, understanding and accommodating to those, like myself, with anxiety. They have been great with my kids, too. My 11yr old daughter smiles bigger and brighter ever since Dr. Thurber fixed her funky looking front tooth!!! 🦷
I could not be more happier with the staff (especially the hygienist) and the thorough job and evaluation Dr. Thurber did after a cleaning. The staff was professional, the office was spotless & I was even seen pretty close to my appointment time!
Best dental experience ever! Dr. Thurber and his assistant came after hours to help me with a problem. They were patient, kind and comforting when I had some anxiety about a procedure. They care so much about their patients! Great care and wonderful staff!!
