I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office regarding an orthognathic surgery referral. I called multiple times to follow up, but they never responded in a timely manner. It took four or five attempts before they finally got back to me and confirmed they had my referral. Before I even visited the office, they informed me that there was a flat fee of nearly $10,000 that I had to pay out of pocket.
