Awesome place, they really care about their patients. Definitely a big shout out to Karen 1 of the nurses who took her time out to help me with learning how to give myself an injection that I need to take. Shes an excellent instructor and was very clear and precise in her instructions. NURSE KAREN:
Went in said I can’t hear almost anything out of my left ear, the lady said no wax buildup and my ear is probably swollen give it 4 days and call back, when I called back a doctor in the phone said to wait another 10 weeks and that’s sometimes what it can take. So I went to a ENT specialist he said I should have been treated instantly as instant hearing loss in 1 ear is an emergency.
