The care I received was great. This review is strictly for the patient portal and billing department. Anytime I get a new billing statement the total never matches. For example so far I had two billing statements, one $75 and another $78. I paid my $75 back in April but this was not reflected on the patient portal. Then it was saying my total was $127? I worked in healthcare for more than 30 years, and this is one of the best places around. I find my doctor, Dr.Dimock, to be a really wonderful and caring family physician, and today I had a PA at the urgent care who was just as good. Her name was Jessica. Added to that, the receptionist was attentive, cautious and caring. it is clean, well run and I exclusively go there for lab work (even before I came here as a patient); the lab is very good in my experience. really, for healthcare, this place is 10 out of 10.
Long wait for blood lab! But professional service.
