Went in said I can’t hear almost anything out of my left ear, the lady said no wax buildup and my ear is probably swollen give it 4 days and call back, when I called back a doctor in the phone said to wait another 10 weeks and that’s sometimes what it can take. So I went to a ENT specialist he said I should have been treated instantly as instant hearing loss in 1 ear is an emergency. Don’t come early, you will be waiting. If I came perfectly on time I would still have been waiting an hour. I got here a half hour early and regret it deeply. I love thundermist just don’t come early
Thundermist is wonderful. My doctor is great. If you need to be seen immediately, they get you in. Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, efficient.
