Wish I could give zero stars. I was lied to about my billing ended up having to pay nearly 400 for a tooth extraction. Never going again. They said it was a sliding scale an was all set after paying 174 dollars. I received a bill for 223 dollars yesterday that I had to pay. I will never go there again so upset.
The staff is very nice but the management is very poor. tried to reach the manager Susan Falcono about an issue and a return cause I was over charged. Haven’t heard from her or was never able to reach or wasn’t in office. I know a few people who go and have a great experience and others who need a manager and it’s like you are bothering her or we aren’t important enough, god knows how she treats the staff if she makes patients feel like there not important. They are the worst dental clinic ever they screwed up my tooth that needed a filling it because they did it 3 times and it fell out all the time in the past then.
So I went for the first time and even though I told the dentist I already had x rays done a week ago by ocean state dentistry they decided to make my insurance pay again so I told my insurance what they had done 17 x rays were done that day just to get paid thats all they wanted to be lazy. I told them it was an urgent matter and they didnt care regardless.
