This institution is both medically negligent and racially intolerant. I had scheduled an appointment without issue to repair a broken tooth, however upon calling to reschedule, as I was otherwise engaged on the originally agreed upon date, the secretary refused to move the appointment and when a different individual named Nicole reached back, racially disparaging language was used (I am of Arab decent and was referred to as a "what" rather than a who upon disclosing my heritage).
