Love Thundermist dental I have a amazing Dentist and Hygienist the entire staff is very friendly accommodating and are quick to respond to the portal and and phone calls that are about needing to see someone on an urgent basis I honestly can’t say enough about how amazing this dental office is.
They’ve improved so much over the years!
I had a wonderful experience at Thundermist Dental group. We called about an emergency last-minute visit prior to going on an extended vacation. I was concerned about an infection in my tooth and they saw me almost immediately that same day right before closing. The staff were lovely and welcoming. They were accommodating given my circumstances. Dentist Mei Dong and her hygienist assistant were excellent and thorough. Wish I could give zero stars. I was lied to about my billing ended up having to pay nearly 400 for a tooth extraction. Never going again. They said it was a sliding scale an was all set after paying 174 dollars. I received a bill for 223 dollars yesterday that I had to pay. I will never go there again so upset.
