Didn't help with paying bill for extensive work
Absolutely terrible. Criminally negligent! I recently underwent a surgical extraction (which began as a simple extraction, but was botched midway by the treating physician) and have since developed an infection, as evidenced by intense pain, increasing and significant swelling, however the office has ignored my repeated pleas for further care. I have on three occasions called, been told a message will be sent to my physician, only to be left with no call back regarding this serious, and frankly preventable, complication.
My 91 year old grandfather waited for an hour and 15 minutes and was not able to be seen by anyone. He had a 12:00 appointment and at 12:45 I asked how much longer he would have to wait. They told me they had double booked and would switch him to another hygienist. At 1:00 I asked for and update and was assured they were cleaning the room and would be with him momentarily. Place is absolutely horrible my son had an appointment today at 11:00 they took him in the back room counted his teeth tried to do an x-ray told my husband they couldn't do the x-ray they had to bring him somewhere else so they brought us there take out his teeth and tell me he has a cavity, my husband took time out of work I prepared my son that he was going to get a cleaning they didn't even do a cleaning so I call to ask why my son was brought in today to have his teeth counted...
