When you have severe food allergies like I do, it is always a relief to find a place that takes allergies seriously. Everytime I have gone into this Thundercloud, they make an extra effort by getting a new cuttingboard and knife, making sure nothing touches anything it shouldn't, etc. And they do it cheerfully, as well, so I don't feel like I am a big inconvenience. I really appreciate their care and attention to details like that, as well as their great customer service in general.
