I have responded to this post before on different venues. Among another comments that he made, Mr. Franklin stated that he worked for another gun store and that he knew gun values and was insulting and argumentative with two of my sales people. If he had accepted our initial offer of $300 we would have marked it for resale at $400.

Stopped by today to have new Magpul “furniture” put on S&W M&P15. Billy was very helpful and did the swap right there in less than an hour. Even got to watch and met Mr. Berman. Been listening to his podcast and hearing his firearms Friday on the radio for years. Glad to have finally met the great team there. Will definitely be stopping by in the future. Wish I had gone there first.
