Very Professional and Efficient
I made the mistake of hiring a local guy that claimed he could get my carpets as clean as anyone. He showed up with a shampoo machine that I could have rented from anywhere. It failed on him and he left me with huge stains and very wet carpet. I contacted Jeff with thunderbolt and he advised me to use a dehumidifier to remove the damaging water and showed up immediately when carpets were dry.
