Jeff was awesome. His customer service was amazing and the work he did on our carpet was even better. We had some tough stains and Jeff made sure to get them all up. On top of being very affordable. 10 out of 10 job.

Thunderbolt showed up on less than a days notice and made my house a priority by showing up after normal working hours. Cleaning was performed efficiently and the entire house smells great now. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Jeff was great from the get go, the first professional I have felt with in a long time that I feel did not try to take advantage, upsell me or charge an unreasonable price for services. I called in and got a quote but had to wait a few weeks to book. I called back and he was able to accommodate the date I asked for. He updated me with arrival time via text.
