Do you have good friendly workers in there but the man that owns a place quite frankly and I'm older than him what's interesting but not. He is a jewelry Crafter but he does not know much about jewelry and stuff in a roundabout way. Pretty self-explanatory when he didn't know something that was presented right in front of him. Change the closing time to 4pm . If it ain't going to be open at 4:10 pm. Lady working is always rude
I called ahead and asked if what I need was available, yes, they had it: i also asked if they close at 4:30 pm. I live 2 hours away, I get there at 4:20pm, there was a young lady there with black t-shirt at the back counter and she was on her phone . As I walked in, she said" were closed, were finishing up with one customer. First time I have been refused service from this place. Most of the time I received good customer service. It's too bad people they don't have patience to wait on one more costumer.
