September 2025 Customer service was at an all time low. Workers need training in customer communication and ethics. Service time was nearly 15 mins. I was very disappointed in my shopping experience at this location. I will never buy from this store and I dont recommend anybody to do so, unless you want to argue with short fused workers.
Do you have good friendly workers in there but the man that owns a place quite frankly and I'm older than him what's interesting but not. He is a jewelry Crafter but he does not know much about jewelry and stuff in a roundabout way. Pretty self-explanatory when he didn't know something that was presented right in front of him.
