I scheduled a follow up online with Dr. Score since Dr. Gullison wasn't available. I got a call the same day and confirmed the follow up needs and everything was good to go. I received a call today that they (the doctors) won't do that and they thought it was for an OB visit which is why it went through. I told her the practice called me same day and it was noted. I’ve had multiple pregnancy that’s I’ve used this office for. Doctors are great but front desk staff are rude, not helpful and in their own worlds. If you’re looking for a kind caring office all around this is not what you’ll get here.

Rude receptionist, and rude lady when I spoke to a woman about my bloodwork results. The lady on the phone even did a chuckle about something (presumably regarding something else), but it was supposed to be a serious conversation. Nobody wants to hear about their bloodwork from someone who is not taking the conversation seriously. …but the Dr. was really nice to me. Dr. Charles and her assistant Sarah are the most kindest people you will ever meet. They respond to messages and concerns promptly and really listen and care for their patients. I know I am in good hands the entirety of my pregnancy with them as my care team
