The front desk receptionist team they have there is so rude and unprofessional due to them I will be transferring to another hospital and gynecologist I would not recommend for you guys to get your prenatal visits here they make your life a living hell and make you feel unappreciated and un heard. It’s like you have to beg for an appointment keep in mind I’m 36 weeks pregnant haven’t got seen since 33 weeks they don’t want to schedule you out there to lazy to assist your needs save your time & don’t come here!
I have had Dr. Hillary Charles for over 10 years and she is wonderful along with her assistant Sarah. Dr is super kind and gives thorough answers without making you feel uncomfortable. I know if I ever have a concern I’m always in good hands.
(Written by my wife): If you want a doctor who will tell you what to do and be disrespectful when you want to make your own choices about your healthcare, this is the place. I absolutely loved my ultrasound tech, she will be the only person I miss from this center. I felt like I was given no control over what they had done and I was inconveniencing them by wanting to do things differently. Scheduling department is rude. I didn’t even proceed with scheduling my appointment. It’s been a long time since I have been there, but now I remember why!
Wow ~ waited 11/2 hours there once for appointment then went there yesterday for appointment and was told dr had a delivery and there were 3 people ahead of me and I should reschedule for today. Why would there be 3 people ahead of me when that was my appointment time? Then today told front desk scheduled me incorrectly for a 2 month follow-up when it should have been 6 months.
