Love the managers! It’s cheap and you get a private bedroom and bathroom. Walking distance to campus and church.
While I always try to be an agreeable tenant, I'm a disabled transgender man with assistance animals and that can be alarming to some landlords and managers. While applying for places this summer, I had several places trying to put me in female only housing because it's what my ID happens to say. I'm 6' tall and have a beard, it's safe to say I would make a poor candidate for passing as a lady. I had no such issues with applying with Josh and Kaylin.
