Greeted by a friendly staff member and my partner was recognized immediately as a member. Never felt uncomfortable for being a newbie, and was given a nice instructional video to watch that I never had at other ranges. Saw safety measures being put into place by a RSO when someone walked into the range without their safety equipment on. These guys had my back.
