THIS IS A SCAM. I've never been to Thunderbird Auto Finance but somehow they know me. Sent me a hand written letter from Mayla Ruiz. Again, never been to the place. So I want an explanation? If you have people posing as an employee wouldn't you want to know? Called them and suddenly they have no idea what I'm talking about. What a disgraceful place.
Ok I understand they helped me due to not having credit, but they seriously need to work on their customer service! Super rude! I wanna say her name is Rosario could be wrong but she’s the manager, she is so rude! Always has an attitude and starts to raise her voice. I’ve made my payments on time no more than 30 days. Extremely horrible customer service. Very rude, they do not care about the client nor do they wish to hear your concerns, poor customer service skills, the way the staff speaks to you there is extremely ugly. I could never recommend this place and I whole heartedly regret ever purchasing through sames which directed me with thunderbird. I can’t wait to trade in the vehicle to not deal with these people anymore.
I honest to God wish I never financed with this company and if I didn't need my car so much to help my family, get to work I'd let it go. Yes sometimes they do work with you but some will talk to you like you're stupid. Not all of them but some. One in particular. I hate feeling the pressure to pay with getting calls and text messages the day you are due to pay and not even half way throughthe day. They don't close until 6. I can't wait til I'm done with them!!
