If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. First of all the people there are rude and miserable! They are not understanding when an unexpected situation happens. People face hardships and when you least expect it you hit rock bottom. I understand this is an in-house finance for people who have no credit, but if a customer is giving their payments every month, they should at least consider when someone faces a hardship.
