Not happy at all with my decision of getting a place with these people! Barely moved in 2 weeks ago and already have a slab leak, water coming up from the floors from my living room all the way to my bedroom no one has came for 2 days. My duplex still had multiple things to be fixed and done, it was extremely nasty not cleaned had to clean the entire place myself, garage door doesnt work, told me they werent going to repair it, literlly had to clean human shit out of the bathroom. We moved into our house on 12/26/2024 and we weren’t able to use our sink in our only restroom and the water from the sink was leaking threw the wall to the dining room by the outlet. We have been “trying to” contact someone for them to fix it well some one came and made a whole in a wall and said it’s more than a simply fix.
