RecommendedI’d just like to say what a fantastic experience we had at Thunder RV. We scheduled with them roughly three months in advance to perform warranty work on our 2020 29-5T 5th wheel. The repairs took 3 1/2 days to complete and they allowed us to stay onsite, providing access to water, sewer and electric for the duration. All staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, going out of their way to listen and make sure all issues were addressed. I have had the opportunity to deal with Thunder RV for Arctic Fox truck camper, since the Arizona dealers wont return my calls. Both times were met with a friendly, helpful attitude. They took the time to research the part number, availability and the cost including shipping. Mind you these were not hundred dollar parts, but small parts that were need to make certain things function. Thank you Thunder RV...I'll be back, I am sure.
