Currently living at this location maintenance department it’s a joke toilets have problems will not flush shower also clogged call maintenance and was told they can’t be there till Monday it’s Saturday I explained it’s a hygiene problem that needs to be fixed they’re respond was to use a store bathroom this place is a joke and I’m putting my 30 days noticed to move out would not recommend this place to no one
I had a great experience in one of their furnished apartments. The rooms were nice and clean and the maintenance requests were addressed quickly. The staff is very helpful and professional too. I would recommend this to anyone looking for apartments in the area.
For starters they on a nice day are worth $600 for a one bedroom 725 at the most for two bedroom. You literally walk in and you can touch one hand to the other side and touching both walls. You feel like you're in a bunker if it wasn't for the fact that they have patios, you may feel like you are actually underground. Don't bother filling out an application quickest way to lose money. These folks just want to take your deposit and deny you. I have great rental history always paid things on time and meet the income and they wouldn’t let me get a co signer to help when I know multiple people wiI have co-signers. Don’t even waist your time on these small apartments.
