Currently living at this location maintenance department it’s a joke toilets have problems will not flush shower also clogged call maintenance and was told they can’t be there till Monday it’s Saturday I explained it’s a hygiene problem that needs to be fixed they’re respond was to use a store bathroom this place is a joke and I’m putting my 30 days noticed to move out would not recommend this place to no one Update So I moved out of this place called the office for my deposit and they said I should be receiving it by next w... read more
I really enjoy living in these apartments. The neighborhood is really peaceful, the apartments are updated and cozy and the staff is really nice. If someone is looking for off campus living, it is only about 5 minutes from UNI and it is a good place to live in general not just for college students. They also just recently updated the area by the leasing office which includes a nice dog park and pickle ball court.

I had a great experience in one of their furnished apartments. The rooms were nice and clean and the maintenance requests were addressed quickly. The staff is very helpful and professional too. I would recommend this to anyone looking for apartments in the area.
For starters they on a nice day are worth $600 for a one bedroom 725 at the most for two bedroom. You literally walk in and you can touch one hand to the other side and touching both walls. You feel like you're in a bunker if it wasn't for the fact that they have patios, you may feel like you are actually underground. Don't bother filling out an application quickest way to lose money.
