I lived here from 2012 to 2015. I loved it here. The office manager (I forgot her name, maybe Candice) was so understanding. Maintenance was on point. The owner, Adam, is so cool. Rent was very reasonable. I recommend these apartments to everyone! I even had my own garage turning 45 dollars extra! I live in a big city in Maryland now and Thunder Ridge will always be my home! Dustin and crew are the absolute best. Great to work with. Great place to live.
Currently living at this location maintenance department it’s a joke toilets have problems will not flush shower also clogged call maintenance and was told they can’t be there till Monday it’s Saturday I explained it’s a hygiene problem that needs to be fixed they’re respond was to use a store bathroom this place is a joke and I’m putting my 30 days noticed to move out would not recommend this place to no one Update So I moved out of this place called the office for my deposit and they said I should be receiving it by next w... read more
I really enjoy living in these apartments. The neighborhood is really peaceful, the apartments are updated and cozy and the staff is really nice. If someone is looking for off campus living, it is only about 5 minutes from UNI and it is a good place to live in general not just for college students. They also just recently updated the area by the leasing office which includes a nice dog park and pickle ball court.
