I've been bringing my boys (4 yrs and 5 yrs) for 6 months now and they love it! This is an authentic fight gym. This facility is large and clean. The people are welcoming. Coach Dan has decades of knowledge and experience and a passion to share it! He and Coach Eric are great with the kids and making class fun. Here they are learning real self-defense, discipline, self control and getting an excellent workout.
So far so good,everyone here is welcoming they are not stingy with their knowledge and don't make me feel like I'm slowing them down.very welcoming to begginers who want a life changing experience.glad I gave it a go!
The only words to describe this place is family. Coach dan will forever be my coach the guys I work with will always be who I want to roll with and learn with before and after fights. Coach dan and the instructors and his fighters have so much knowledge you realize you don’t know anything you thought you did but they gladly teach you the right way time after time until done right. Unbelievable patience and love in this gym tight nit . If you don’t train here you’re missing out and we’ll see y’all on top!
