Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in today for a quick oil change and honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had. They got me in right away, and I was out in under 30 minutes on a busy day. No standing around wondering if anyone knows you’re there. They did a full inspection, answered any questions I had, and here’s the best part: zero upselling. As a woman, I’ve lost count of how many places have tried to sell me magical unicorn blinker fluid and “urgent” repairs I definitely didn’t need. Thunder Lube didn’t do that at all.... read more
