Great place to get a car if you need one. However, don't piss the front lady off promise you will lecture you about how irresponsible you are and when you ask her to stop, she will tell you that you need to hear it. I can't make this stuff up...
My dealership decided to stop taking my financier on my last payment and unfortunately I had to deal with this place. I have never in my almost five years of paying off my car had a problem using my credit card with my dealership. I was able to always work on building up my credit and/or use my credit card during hard times. Thunder City refuses to take a credit card over the phone or online. Wow! Called to get an oil change after being told as long as if you are in good standing you get free oil changes only to be made to feel like the biggest piece of shit and hung up on and told they were too busy because there’s been a late payment in the past and I’m not a good customer all though the account is more than current!
This place does nothing for your credit. If you ever want to get out of your car and go to a dealership you can’t, because they don’t repot to the credit bureau. So if are ok with continuing to get your cars from here you will continue to pay high down payments for another car. They will not help nor negotiate price for you.
Great place to buy a car. People are friendly. Cars are well maintained, and a lot of them have low mileage. Most are less than 5 years old. Will definitely recommend to everyone i know
