I've been with this vet clinic for a few years now. I've always had good things to say, however like most vets, it is pretty expensive. The service you get can fluctuate between vets but the receptionists are always the friendliest or accommodating. There are some amazing vets here, and they've always taken good care of my babies for me. We recently had to put our dog down and they made the process very easy and comfortable for every one. very sweet, very compassionate, very understanding staff. everyone was kind hearted. my baby was taken care of. every visit was relatively enjoyable? staff made notes in our file and knew how to work with my little girl. at the end they were amazing and helped make the moment better. i saw tears in the doctors eyes and i know pets are cared for.
Didn’t take my cat who was actively dying in for euthanasia, called late last night said they could early in the morning, he didn’t make it and it’s your fault.
let me in for emergency visit when nowhere else would take my girl cat they were so friendly and understanding! bless them! i am so grateful
