Went in with a fractured clavical thay CLEARLY needed constructive surgery. Got sent home in 20 minutes. Not impressed with there level of care or treatment. Will now have a lump and right sholder defformaty because of a lack of work, care, and want to fix.... thanks for nothing

If I could, I would give it a Zero. After two hours of waiting, I have no idea when I am going to be seen by my doctor. Blatant lack of respect for patients. We have lives, other appointments, and things to attend to. Be better with scheduling of your appointments.

Been trying to call there all morning since 8am & its now almost 3pm! Is the receptionist ever there or do her job? Do better Tbrhsc!!

So I had an appointment with Dr. C today and waited 3 hours to get it to see him (didn’t actually see him) , I was beyond annoyed but none the less I waited to get my 1st ever cortisone shots in my knees… I didn’t get to meet the actual dr because he was that far behind they had to call in another and he was a upper body surgeon and Wow!!! Totally worth the wait, very informative and thorough. I was super impressed (:

I don't know what's wrong with their phone services but it's impossible to call and leave a message, or reach anyone, the automated message ends and hangs up on you. Took several days calling 10-15 times to actually reach someone after they called me and told me to call them back to schedule a tele-health appointment. Was out walking my dog when I finally got through and didn't have my calendar with me, my fault for thinking it would be an auto hang up again instead of actually reaching a human.
