My girl was in her recovery room, she called in her nurse, but the lady from the front desk came instead, and scolded my girl for wanting her nurse, her attitude in her voice, she says, “I’m not your nurse, I don’t know anything about you” like she was annoyed by my daughter wanting her nurses help, she was emotional and was just out of surgery too. Have gone for at least 2 brain scans. Was lied to both times saying my brain was fine when it was not! Asked to see the brain scans and was given written reports instead saying everything was normal (when I actually had severe brain damage). I just started the brighter side of my recovery and am very angry realizing the hospital lied to me! Why would you do this??
