I don't understand how Ambulatory Care works. I have an appointment with Dr. Hansel at 10am (18/3/2026). I come to at 9:40am and sign in with front desk, and then I waited until 10:50am and I asked the front desk how much longer I had to wait, they said not sure and they didn't know. Why do they give me an appointments and then say they don't know? Should I even make an appointment, or is it more convenient for patients to be served on a first-come, first-served basis?
Great place.Fast caring service .Lots of parking. Super friendly staff. Plenty of handicapped parking.
