Never puck up the phone, I was just a step outside their office and when I enetered, they were chatting no time to answer the phone foe chatting? And very unwelcoming
Unprofessional staff. We are students. Our college verified and confirmed paying for us for the xray but the staff was being rude and she was telling college payment is not taken. Our insurer was ready to talk with the staff in phone to further clarify about this but she didn't want to speak about this to our insurer. We are disappointed of the staff behavior. Kindly requesting to do investigation on this.
Upon arrival today I was told that my appointment was cancelled after 5 minutes of being late and that the tech had already left for lunch!!! No prior notice of this cancellation policy was provided nor was it posted in the office. I asked if they had one and they said no. If I had known I would have stayed home and rescheduled.
always something here, they look at you like they don't even want to be there, I was 10 mins late because I live more than an hour away and they outright rejected my appointment, while I'm always on time and they have me wait for over 20mins every time.. this one time I was late and they rescheduled me. find people that actually want to work here. it should tell you a lot about this location when it's a facility that should be helping people instead we leaving here stressed out. discussing DO BETTER!
Can not even get through to cancel my appointment. Hangs up after punching in the number of ultra sound (4) trailer go to the Regional. Will be talking with my clinic.
