Huge thanks to the team at Mitsubishi Thunder Bay for helping us during our road trip toward Toronto. They provided super quick service, the staff was great, and the service manager was a really nice guy who also gave us helpful recommendations for the drive. Service department representative pushed me off the phone when trying to book an appointment, and asked for details by email. I provided the requested details and received no response after two full business days. Negative enough impression to cancel my request and contact a different Mitsubishi dealer for my service needs.
